They/Them - The oldest creation of Pontifex, d'Oube-le-Baz admires them greatly and loves to hang out with Pontifex.
While usually a nice esk, d'Oube can be two-faced and twisted, and use their enchantment in that case.
They love feeling textures so like petting other esk. While technically blind, they're very attuned to their surroundings and the energy they feel around them. Their fish also help them navigate, although the fish sometimes try to trick d'Oube-le-Baz.
D'Oube-le-Baz never walks and only floats.
